— We only accept returns that are postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with your receipt or proof of purchase, we do not accept items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

— Our wholesale products are sold in boxes/packs, and we only accept returns in boxes/packs in their original condition.

— Merchandise found with signs of being worn or other noticeable stains (i.e., Makeup around the neck or stains at the bottom of the pants.) will not be accepted.  If the garments do not have the original labels, we will not accept the return, and no credit will be issued.


— Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer (including rejected packages). For rejected packages, we will charge a return fee via any credit card provided by the customer and a restocking fee of 20% of the package value.

— Please use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance whenever possible, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

— Returns can take 10 to 14 business days to process, and refunds to your original form of payment can take up to one additional week. 


EXCHANGE:  We only replace defective (wrong style or color) or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to info@sexycouture.com

We make every effort to provide accurate product inventory information on the website. However, due to unpredictable order patterns, we may run out of some items from time to time. Some low-stock items may not be available after ordering due to pending orders. The salesperson may notify you by phone and e-mail of any backorders and give you the option to substitute items or make a refund. If we fail to contact you within 24 hours, we will cancel the entire order (not just the out-of-stock part).

CAUTION! ! When the merchandise leaves our hands, Sexycouture no longer assumes responsibility for the delivery of the merchandise. We are not responsible for packages that are lost after being marked as “delivered”. Please contact the local post office to investigate, we are unable to trace lost packages. You can contact us to request proof of shipment and delivery.
