We only accept returns that are postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with your receipt or proof of purchase, we do not accept items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Our wholesale products are sold in boxes/packs, and we only accept returns in boxes/packs in their original condition.

For defect-free returns, we charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item value. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, with original labels and original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original form or without a label, an additional 15% repacking fee will be charged.

Returns will be processed within 4-7 business days of receipt of your return. Does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer (including rejected packages), for rejected packages, we will charge a return fee via any credit card provided by the customer and a restocking fee of 25% of the package value

Please use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance whenever possible, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

We only replace defective (wrong style or color) or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to

caution! ! When the merchandise leaves our hands, Sexycouture no longer assumes responsibility for the delivery of the merchandise. We are not responsible for packages that are lost after being marked as “delivered”. Please contact the local post office to investigate, we are unable to trace lost packages. You can contact us to request proof of shipment and delivery.

OUT OF STOCK
We make every effort to provide accurate product inventory information on the website. However, due to unpredictable order patterns, we may run out of some items from time to time. Some low-stock items may not be available after ordering due to pending orders. The salesperson may notify you by phone and e-mail of any backorders and give you the option to substitute items or make a refund. If we fail to contact you within 24 hours, we will cancel the entire order (not just the out-of-stock part)
